We are excited to welcome you to the new online home of Divine Mercy Ministry to Seniors!

Our ministry is dedicated to bringing the love, hope, and mercy of Jesus to seniors living in nursing homes and assisted living communities. Through prayer, companionship, Scripture, and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, we create welcoming spaces where seniors can grow in faith and experience the comfort of Christian community.

We created this website to make it easier for seniors, families, care facilities, volunteers, and supporters to learn about our mission and become involved. Here, you can explore the work we do, learn how our prayer groups operate, discover volunteer opportunities, view the care communities we serve, and stay connected with ministry news and events.

A Mission Rooted in Love and Mercy

Many seniors experience loneliness, isolation, and limited opportunities to participate in the spiritual life of the Church. Our volunteers help bridge that gap by bringing faith-filled gatherings directly into nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Each prayer group provides an opportunity for seniors to pray together, share their intentions, encourage one another, and deepen their trust in the Sacred Heart of Jesus. These gatherings remind every participant that they are loved, valued, and never forgotten.
