Bringing Christ’s Mercy, Hope, and Companionship to Seniors
Divine Mercy Ministry to Seniors is a Catholic ministry dedicated to bringing prayer, meaningful companionship, and the healing message of Divine Mercy to seniors living in nursing homes and assisted living communities.

Many seniors experience loneliness, isolation, or difficulty attending Mass and participating in parish activities. Through small prayer groups led by caring volunteers, we bring a welcoming Catholic faith community directly to them.
Bringing the love and mercy of Jesus to seniors while reminding them they are valued, remembered, and never alone.
What We Do
Bringing prayer, companionship, and the message of Divine Mercy directly to seniors in care communities.
Prayer Groups
We lead welcoming Catholic prayer gatherings where seniors can pray together, share intentions, and strengthen their faith.
Divine Mercy Chaplet
We pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and help seniors experience the peace, healing, and hope found in Jesus.
Faith & Fellowship
We create a caring spiritual community where seniors feel supported, valued, remembered, and connected to others.
Volunteer Support
We provide volunteers with prepared readings, prayers, and simple resources to confidently lead each gathering.
